What is The 5 Plan?

It's a simply concept! The 5 Plan is a direct support plan for a fitter, healthier, happier you! The plan is comprised of goal setting, meal plans and tailored exercise plans to help you reach your goals. 

How does it work?

As part of the 5 Plan you will follow 5 simple principles relating to improving your sleep, increasing your energy, beating procrastination and achieving your goals quicker. 

The 5 Plan is comprised of 5 simple rules that are revealed to you during the first consultation. 

 

Fun fact- the average of clients seen within 2017 have lost over 6 inches in less than 5 weeks of their first consultation!
